Due to the research nature of the items we sell, we will not accept returns. Please ensure that the items you buy are adequate for your research before confirming your order. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Delivery. We aim to provide fast and reliable service for all our customers.

• Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed before 1.00 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1.00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched the following Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.
• Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, parcels are typically delivered within 2-3 working day via Royal Mail’s 48-Hour Tracked service.
• Tracking: Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
